We specialise in the most delicious, meat/vegetarian, spicy burritos and fajitas, also cool wraps and creamy Jersey milkshakes. Being a classically trained Cordon Bleu chef I can also cater for more traditional tastes with our homely fare. At Bonne Femme we pride ourselves in the provenance of our fine ingredients, these being 95% Suffolk/organic/seasonal/farm direct and most importantly any meat or dairy produce has been farmed to the highest animal welfare standards. Indeed I visit each farm myself and pick my ingredients, If I can't find the ingredient for a dish that doesn't meet this criteria, the dish simply doesn't go on the menu. Although my trade is cooking, I'm also linked to farming, working on local livestock farms, at the moment working for Edward And Sally at The Red Cow Company, keepers of the Seahawk herd of Red Poll cattle. Of which the beef is always on our menu.
