News for 2010: Lady Caroline Cranbrook (local food heroine) is growing a crop of black beans to sell this year so hopefully our vegetarian dish will be out of  Suffolk soil too, fingers crossed for a successful harvest. We are hoping to set up our own micro-dairy for our dairy produce this is so special as the mum is allowed to keep her calf at foot so being a suckler cow too. We only share her milk but she raises an amazing veal/beef animal  in the process – controversial.
